We use your information to match you with relevant job opportunities, improve our matching algorithms, communicate with you about your account and matches, and operate and maintain SkilledTrades.io. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Who Sees It
When you apply to a job through SkilledTrades.io, we share your profile information with the employer posting that job. We use third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and hosting infrastructure. These services only access your data as needed to perform their functions.
4. Your Choices
You can update or delete your profile information at any time through your account settings. You can opt out of non-essential emails through your notification preferences. You can request a complete export or deletion of your data by contacting us at privacy@skilledtrades.io.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. We regularly review our security practices and limit employee access to your personal data.
6. Changes to This Policy
