By using SkilledTrades.io, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The Service
SkilledTrades.io is a job matching platform for skilled trades workers. We help you find relevant job opportunities based on your skills, experience, and preferences. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or recruiter. We connect you with opportunities. The hiring decision is between you and the employer.
2. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. Do not share accounts or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
3. Acceptable Use
Do not use SkilledTrades.io to post false information, harass other users, scrape or automate access beyond normal use, attempt to access other users' accounts, or interfere with the platform's operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Job Listings and Matches
Job listings on SkilledTrades.io come from employers and third-party sources. We make reasonable efforts to verify listings but do not guarantee the accuracy of job details, compensation, or employer claims. Always verify job details directly with the employer before accepting work.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Free accounts have access to basic matching features. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
SkilledTrades.io, its design, and its matching algorithms are the property of BuildX. You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile info, reviews, etc.) but grant us a license to use it for operating the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
SkilledTrades.io is provided as-is. We do our best to keep the service reliable and accurate, but we are not liable for job outcomes, employer behavior, or losses arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the platform.
